U.S. companies file 337 investigation application on DJI drones and their components

According to the Ministry of Commerce, on August 30, Autel Robotics of the United States filed an application with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) in accordance with Section 337 of the "U.S. Tariff Act of 1930", accusing Shenzhen DJI Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates U.S. exports, imports, or sales of U.S. unmanned aerial vehicles and components there infringed its patent rights, requesting ITC to launch a 337 investigation and issue limited exclusion and prohibition orders.
